We’re very pleased to announce that Eilidh will be bringing her Lady Cyclist out of retirement for the Spring holiday events at Riverside Museum. Last seen at The Arches Behaviour Festival in 2012 in Bicycle Boomthe Lady Cyclist will be on hand with her trusty steel steed to tell you all about the development of the bicycle and to lead the Best-Dressed Bicycle Parade around the museum.

Meet our Victorian Lady Cyclist and her traveling companions! Find out about cycling through the ages and join in fun activities.
Decorate your own bicycle and bring it along to take part in our Best Dressed Cycle Parades and Competition. Be imaginative, dress fancy and make yourself stand out from the crowd. The Parade is for children, families and grown-ups too. Cyclists will parade around the outside of the Riverside Museum and there will be extra provision to lock bicycles outside.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a bike – you can find out about cycling through the ages, join in fun activities and cheer on the cyclists!
There will be drop-in activities from 12.00-4.00pm each day and the bicycle parade starts at 2pm each day. Its all free to join in, so come along this Spring holiday for cycling fun!
